Leadership
Ernest Nyakundi is the founder of Goldberry Investments Ltd and has served as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since its inception in October, 2020.
Nyakundi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from The University of Nairobi and is a member of The Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK).
Previously, he has worked as Managing Director of Grey Arc Limited and has served as a Commissioner in the Independent Elections Commission of IQSK. Further, he has been a member of various Committees of IQSK including: the Construction Cost Indices Committee, the Standard Method of Measurement Committee, and the Publications and Marketing Committee.
Nyakundi has won awards from The National Construction Authority (NCA) and The Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK).
