Ernest Nyakundi

Ernest Nyakundi

Founder & CEO

Ernest Nyakundi is the founder & CEO of Goldberry. He is trained in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK).

Ernest has over five years of experience in construction practice and has participated in several industry initiatives, including contributions to the IQSK Building Costs Handbook and development of IQSK Building Cost Indices.

Previously, he has worked as Managing Director of Grey Arc Limited and has served as a Commissioner in the Independent Elections Commission of IQSK. Further, he has been a member of various Committees of IQSK including: the Construction Cost Indices Committee, the Standard Method of Measurement Committee, and the Publications and Marketing Committee.

Ernest has won awards from The National Construction Authority (NCA) and The Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK).
